この言葉の通り、毎日寝ても寝ても寝たりないこのごろ。
今朝も目覚まし時計の音に気がつかず慌てて仕事に行きました。
春のうららかな陽気に眠気を誘われるのかと思いきや、
医学的に言われているのは、春は血流量が増え交感神経が優位になるため
疲労感やだるさのせいで快適な眠りにつけてないのだそうです。
まあ、性格上、季節的なものではなく一年中交感神経がお盛んな私。
なんとか意識的に副交感神経を優位にさせる努力をしたいものです。
来週は、ひさびさに姉の主催するヨガ教室に参加。
シャバアサナはきっと爆睡でしょう(-_-;)

My coder is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on several websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.net.
